What counts as an "unlimited small change" — what is not included?
Unlimited small changes cover anything that is content management — text edits, image updates, adding or removing pages, menu changes, form adjustments, updating pricing or team members, embedding a video, or similar tasks. What is not included under this plan: new feature development, building new page layouts from scratch, e-commerce configuration, or anything that is effectively a development project. Those are quoted separately as project work.
How does the emergency response actually work at 2am on a weekend?
24/7 monitoring means we are alerted automatically when your site goes offline or returns an error — we do not rely on you to notice and report it. For true emergencies, we respond within 4 hours regardless of the time of day or day of the week, and we communicate a resolution timeline immediately so you are not left in the dark. Most downtime events on well-maintained sites are resolved well within that window.
What are "monthly strategy notes" — is this a formal report?
Strategy notes are a concise written brief — not a lengthy formatted report. Based on what we observe each month in your site's performance data, user behaviour, content gaps, and technical state, we write a short list of specific, actionable things worth doing. These are practical recommendations you can act on, not vanity metrics presented in chart form. An optional call is available to discuss them if you prefer to talk through the priorities.
Can I request development work (new features, redesign) through this plan?
Premium Support covers ongoing maintenance, content changes, and optimisation — not development projects. If you want new functionality built, a page redesigned, or a significant new section added, that is scoped and quoted separately as project work. The advantage of having us manage your site is that we know it well enough to scope and execute development work efficiently when you do need it, without the handover overhead you would have with a separate developer.
Is Premium Support available for non-WordPress platforms?
The plan is primarily built around WordPress, where all maintenance processes apply directly. Other CMS platforms can be supported depending on the technical requirements. If your site is on a different platform — Craft, Webflow, or similar — mention it during onboarding. We will confirm whether the same service structure applies or advise on any adjustments needed to deliver the same level of management.
How is this different from hiring a part-time web manager?
