Is Premium Identity the right package for you?

This is the most comprehensive branding package we offer. Read both sides to confirm this is the right investment for where your business is right now.

This is right for you if…

  • You are rebranding and the current identity no longer reflects your quality or direction
  • You are launching a business where the brand needs to compete at a premium level from day one
  • You need brand messaging alongside visual identity — how you talk about yourself, not just how you look
  • You want a brand that can be maintained consistently as your team and business grows
  • You need a complete system — not a starting point, but a finished, documented brand identity
  • Your business is at a stage where brand clarity directly impacts what clients you attract and what you can charge

This is probably NOT the right fit if…

  • You are a new business with a limited budget — Starter Design or Business Branding is a better first step
  • You only need visual design without a strategic positioning layer — Business Branding covers that scope
  • You need a quick turnaround — this is a thorough process that takes 4–6 weeks to do properly

Not sure? Send your situation and we will recommend the right scope honestly.

Everything in the Premium Identity package

Strategy, design, messaging, guidelines, templates, and stationery — a complete brand system built to last and scale.

Brand Strategy + Positioning

Before any design, we define your brand's strategic position: who you are for, what makes you different from competitors, and what your brand should make clients feel and think. This document drives every design and messaging decision that follows — so the brand is built on clarity, not aesthetics alone.

Brand Messaging Framework

Your brand voice, tone of voice guidelines, key messages, tagline options, and elevator pitch — documented and usable. So the words your business uses to describe itself match the visual identity, and both communicate the same thing to the right clients.

4 Logo Concepts + Unlimited Refinement

Four strong concept directions — each built from the strategy, not from aesthetic preference. Selected concept refined without revision limits until the result is exactly right and you can present it with full confidence.

Complete Visual Identity System

Logo suite (primary, secondary, icon), full colour system with rationale, complete typography hierarchy, graphic elements, patterns, or supporting visual language where relevant. Every visual component documented, specified, and ready to apply.

Comprehensive Brand Guidelines

A thorough reference document (30–60 pages): logo usage rules, colour specifications, typography, graphic elements, photography style direction, tone of voice summary, and do-not-do examples. Built to be used for years, by any designer or team member, without requiring the original project knowledge.

Full Social Media Design Set (10+)

Ten or more post templates, story templates, profile image setup, and platform-specific sizing guidance — ready for your team or social media manager to use immediately, at scale, without each post requiring new design work.

Complete Stationery Design

Business card, letterhead, email signature template, and invoice or quote template. Every regular client touchpoint designed to be consistent with the brand — so the identity holds across digital and physical materials.

Presentation Template

A branded slide template for proposals, pitches, or client reports — so your business presentations look as considered as your website and social content. One of the most frequently overlooked brand touchpoints for service businesses.

All Source Files + Full Ownership

Every file created — AI/EPS masters, InDesign or Canva brand guidelines, template files, and fonts licensed for use — delivered to you at project completion. Full ownership, no licensing fees, no ongoing dependency on us for any future modifications.

From strategy to full brand system — in 5 stages

The full project takes 4–6 weeks. Strategy comes first — design follows once the direction is agreed. Each stage approved before the next begins.

1
Strategy + Discovery
Week 1–2
Brand questionnaire, stakeholder conversations, competitor analysis, audience profiling, and positioning discussion. A strategy document produced and approved before any design begins — so every design decision is grounded in strategic clarity.
2
Concept Development
Week 2–3
Four logo concepts developed from the strategy brief — each reflecting a distinct direction. Mood boards and design rationale presented alongside each concept. Direction selected, feedback collected, refinement begins.
3
Identity System Build
Week 3–4
Full visual identity developed: colour system, typography hierarchy, graphic elements, supporting visual language. Everything designed as a cohesive system — not individual pieces assembled at the end.
4
Guidelines + Assets
Week 4–5
Comprehensive brand guidelines written and designed. Messaging framework documented. All templates produced. Full stationery set designed. Presentation template built. Every asset prepared for delivery.
5
Delivery + Handover
Week 5–6
Complete asset package delivered. A dedicated handover session to walk through every component. Questions answered. Followed by a 2-week support window for any questions that arise during your first use of the identity.

What you will have when the project is delivered

A complete brand system — strategy, design, messaging, and documentation — built to work independently of the project and scale with your business.

A brand with a clear strategic position — not just a look

A brand built on a strategic foundation: a defined audience, a clear differentiator, and a visual and verbal identity designed to attract the right clients rather than just look appealing.

A visual identity that commands premium pricing and client trust

When your brand looks and sounds like a premium service, it becomes easier to justify premium pricing — not because you said so, but because every touchpoint communicates it consistently.

A messaging framework so everyone talks about the business the same way

Your team, your website, your social media, and your sales conversations all describing the business with the same core messages — which creates clarity and trust faster than inconsistent communication.

Comprehensive guidelines that maintain the brand long after the project

Any designer, printer, or team member can apply the brand correctly using the guidelines — no institutional memory required, no risk of brand drift as the team grows.

A complete asset library — every format, every use case covered

Logo files, templates, stationery, social assets, presentation template — everything organised and ready to use immediately across digital and print without additional design work.

A brand built to scale — not to be replaced in two years

A strategically founded, comprehensive brand system grows with your business. As your team expands and your marketing grows, the guidelines and asset library support that growth without requiring a rebrand.

Your checklist before we start

More input than smaller projects — because the result is more comprehensive. Everything is gathered through structured conversations in the discovery phase.

Strategic Brief

Your business goals, target clients, competitive landscape, positioning intent, and where the brand currently falls short. Covered in the discovery phase through a structured questionnaire and conversation — we guide it, you provide the context.

Key Decision Makers

The people whose approval moves the project forward at each stage — ideally one or two, not a committee. Unified, clear feedback at each stage consistently produces better design outcomes than direction pulled in multiple directions.

Existing Materials

Current logo, brand materials, website, and anything representing the existing identity — to understand what to retain, improve, or completely reinvent. Knowing the starting point prevents accidentally recreating what you are trying to move away from.

Time Investment

3–4 touchpoints from your side across 4–6 weeks: discovery session, concept review, identity review, and final approval. More involved than smaller branding projects — the result is proportionally more complete and more durable.

Questions about the Premium Identity package

What does "brand strategy" actually include — is it just a fancy word for a brief?
No — it is a deliverable in its own right. The brand strategy document defines your positioning: who your ideal clients are, how you are different from competitors, what your brand should make people feel and think, and what it should never communicate. It is produced before any design begins and used to evaluate every design decision. Without it, design choices are based on aesthetics; with it, they are based on what the brand actually needs to achieve.
How long does the full project take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from project start to final delivery. The strategy phase takes 1–2 weeks; logo concept development takes 1 week; identity system and guidelines production takes 2 more weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly you provide feedback at each stage — projects where clients review and respond within 2–3 days consistently finish faster than those where reviews take longer.
How many revision rounds are included?
Unlimited refinement rounds on the selected logo concept — no revision limit. For the identity system elements (colours, typography, graphic elements), refinement continues until the system is right. The goal is a result you can present with genuine confidence, not one you accepted to close the project. In practice, most elements reach the right result in 2–3 rounds; the unlimited policy removes the pressure to compromise.
What is delivered at the end — what files and formats will I have?
A complete file package: AI/EPS master logo files in all variants, JPG/PNG/SVG exports, brand guidelines PDF (30–60 pages), social media templates in Canva or Adobe format, stationery files (business card, letterhead, email signature, invoice template) in print-ready PDF, and the presentation template. All fonts used are documented and supplied. Everything is organised in a clear folder structure, annotated so you know what each file is for.
Is the brand messaging framework written content or just a framework?
Both — it is a documented framework with actual written examples. It includes: your brand voice description, tone of voice guidelines (how to write, what to avoid), 3–4 key messages about your business, 2–3 tagline options, and a one-paragraph elevator pitch. These are written by us based on the strategy brief and refined with your input — not a blank template for you to fill in.
What is included in the 2-week post-delivery support window?
Two weeks of open access to ask questions about how to use any element of the delivered brand identity — how to apply the logo in a specific context, how to use the templates, how to adapt a colour in a specific software. It is not a revision period — significant changes to delivered work are handled as a separate project. It is there to ensure you can actually use everything we have delivered without getting stuck.
