Questions about the Starter Store

Can I add more than 20 products later?
The Starter Store is scoped for up to 20 products. If you want to add more later, two options exist: pay for individual product additions as a maintenance task, or upgrade to the Business Store package, which includes unlimited products and a proper admin panel for managing them yourself. The Starter Store is built on the same platform, so upgrading does not require a rebuild from scratch.
Which payment methods are supported?
One primary payment gateway is integrated in the Starter package — typically iDEAL, Stripe (card payments), or another method based on your country and customer preference. We confirm which gateway is best during discovery. Multiple gateways in parallel are available in the Business and Premium Store packages.
Does the package include hosting?
Hosting is not included in the package price — it is a separate recurring cost. We can set up hosting for you (typically €15–€25/month depending on provider and plan), or we can deploy to hosting you already have. Domain registration is similarly billed separately. This is clarified and agreed before the project starts.
Can I edit my own products after launch?
The Starter Store includes a basic admin interface for managing your existing products — you can update prices, descriptions, and stock status. Adding entirely new products beyond the initial 20, or making structural changes, would be done either as a support task or by upgrading to Business Store, which includes a full admin panel built for ongoing product management.
What is the difference between Starter Store and Business Store?
The Starter Store is designed for simplicity: a clean store for up to 20 products, one payment gateway, cart, and checkout. The Business Store adds unlimited products, a full admin dashboard for managing orders and customers yourself, multiple payment gateways, shipping setup and calculation, and a discount/coupon system. The Business Store is for businesses that are actively managing and growing their store — the Starter is for getting online quickly and testing the market.
How long does the build take?
Typically 10–18 days from the project start date — which is when the scope is agreed, inputs are received, and the first payment is confirmed. Timeline depends on how quickly product information and feedback are provided. If all inputs are ready on day one, builds lean toward the shorter end. An expedited timeline can be arranged at an additional cost.
